Fall Fitness Schedule The Method:
A movement, re-education, warm salt/mineral water exercise program, with emphasizing alignment, core stabilization, balance, range of motion, energy conservation
and breathing techniques throughout water assistive and resistive movements.
This program uses the warm water qualities of moist heat,
water massage plus support and resistance while
improving the individual’s joint range of motion and flexibility.
~ Massage is accomplished by the water’s pressure against the entire body while moving through
the water.
~ Muscle and Mind Relaxation are accomplished through supported controlled movements in a
pain free range to increase blood flow and nerve conduction-Stimulation for Circulation.
~ Muscle Tone and Joint Integrity are accomplished through repetition and resistive
movements in the water.
~ Improve Kinesthetic Awareness ~ Improve joint/muscle Range of Motion and Flexibility ~ ImproveMuscle Tone, Joint Support and Core Stabilization ~ Provide Relief to stiff, tired joints associated with inactivity and or weight bearing movement
through reduced weight bearing activity

Aquatic Revival
Wake up and feel energized with a cardio class that will get you invigorated to greet, meet and enjoy your day.
This aquatic class is a moderate to high energy level challenge designed to wake up the body and get moving! Classes will include muscle flexibility, strength, range of motion, and endurance exercises set to moderate to high cardiovascular exercise intensity. Water Dynamics

Muscles Move to Renew Arthritis Class
Integrated Aquatic Fitness/Moms in Motion (Pre/Post Natal): Anyone can participate in these integrated aerobic conditioning classes that are self-monitoring and self-correcting based on your level of comfort with the movement pattern (exercise) or desired intensity level.
The specific exercises incorporated into these classes are based on suitability for the prenatal and postnatal woman.
